PayPal payouts usually complete within 5-10 minutes. Sometimes, PayPal payouts can be delayed for up to 48 hours. This is usually noted by a banner on the payout link while you are withdrawing your funds.

If the payout is currently in the created status, it means that the payout is currently delayed. If it staying created for more than 2 business days, please reach out to our support team.

If the payout is in the pending state, it is currently processing and will complete shortly.

If the payout is in the completed state and still haven't received your funds, please check to see that there is a transaction from "Divisible, Inc.". If you do not see this transaction, ensure that the payout details on your Dots account match the details of your PayPal account. If the account details are incorrect, please update them at https://my.dots.dev. Unfortunately, payouts sent to accounts with incorrect details cannot be reversed.

Bank transfers in the U.S. usually take 1-2 business days to complete via ACH. Most U.S. bank accounts are now enabled for payouts through RTP so in some cases, the payouts can complete within 5-10 minutes.

If your bank account does not have RTP enabled it will take 1-2 business days to complete and your bank can take another 24 hours to show you your funds. This means that if you create the payout on a Friday or over the weekend, it won't complete until Tuesday or Wednesday.

If the payout is marked as completed but the funds are not in your bank account, please wait 24 hours before reaching out to support.

Sometimes the payout can move into the failed state after completing if the account and routing information is incorrect or the bank account is closed. If this happens, the funds will move back into your Dots wallet and you can withdraw the funds again.

International Bank Transfer Payouts can take up to 5 business days to complete. They may complete instantly or take 3-5 business days.

If the payout is pending, that means that the payout is processing. It will stay processing until it completes. If the payout is pending for more than 5 days, please reach out to support.

If the payout fails and moves into the failed state, the funds will be sent back to your Dots wallet and you will be notified via email so that you can withdraw the funds again. If the payout keeps failing, please reach out to support.

Cash App payouts usually take 1-2 business days to complete. After it completes, it can take CashApp an additional 24 hours to show you your funds. This means that if you create the payout on a Friday or over the weekend, it won't complete until Tuesday or Wednesday.

Payouts to AirTM usually complete within 5-10 minutes. If you haven't received your funds, please reach out to support.

Payoneer payouts can take 1-3 business days to complete from Dots' end and then Payoneer takes another 1-3 business days for Payoneer to receive and show you your funds.

If the payout is pending, that means that the payout is processing. It will stay processing until it is received by Payoneer. If the payout is pending for more than 3 business days, please reach out to support.
